Cancelling or skipping a dayकिसी दिन रद्द करना या छुट्टी

Tell us on WhatsApp the day before and you will not be charged for that day. Same-morning cancellations may not be possible because cooking starts early.

एक दिन पहले WhatsApp पर बता दीजिए, उस दिन का पैसा नहीं लगेगा। उसी सुबह रद्द करना शायद संभव न हो क्योंकि खाना जल्दी बनना शुरू हो जाता है।

If something is wrongअगर कुछ गड़बड़ हो

If your tiffin is missing, late, incomplete or not right, message us the same day with a photo if possible. We will replace it, give a credit for a future tiffin, or refund that tiffin.

अगर टिफ़िन नहीं पहुँचा, देर से आया, अधूरा या ठीक नहीं है, तो उसी दिन मैसेज कीजिए, हो सके तो फ़ोटो के साथ। हम उसे बदल देंगे, अगले टिफ़िन में क्रेडिट देंगे, या उस टिफ़िन का पैसा लौटा देंगे।

How refunds are paidपैसा कैसे लौटाया जाता है

Refunds are paid back the way you paid (MCB Juice or cash), usually within a few days.

पैसा उसी तरीक़े से लौटाया जाता है जिससे आपने भुगतान किया था (MCB Juice या नकद), आमतौर पर कुछ दिनों में।

Prepaid plansपहले से भुगतान वाले प्लान

When the monthly plan starts, unused days can be carried forward or refunded. Full details will be shared with the plan.

Delivery area and timeडिलीवरी का इलाक़ा और समय

We deliver in the morning within about 3–4 km of our kitchen: Quatre Bornes, Vacoas and Sodnac. Heavy rain, strikes or road closures may delay delivery; we will tell you on WhatsApp if this happens.
